Biography
Artur Grynbaum has a degree in Business Administration and Economics by the Faculdade de Administração de Empresas (FAE), and a graduate degree in Finances by IBMEC. He was admitted at O Boticário in 1986, as a financial assistant and took over as president of O Boticário in 2008, after occupying several managing positions and heading the process of redesigning the franchise chain. In 2010, he led the process of creation of the Boticário Group, an organization whose proposal in multi-business actions, having O Boticário as first business unit - later it also lauched Eudora, quem disse berenice? and The Beauty Box. He was also president of the Associação Brasileira de Franchising (ABF) for two consecutive terms (2005/2006 and 2007/2008). Currently, he is the 2nd Vice President of the Associação Brasileira da Indústria de Higiene Pessoal, Perfumaria e Cosméticos (Abihpec – Brazilian Association of Personal Hygiene, Perfumes and Cosmetics Industry) with tenure until 2015.
