Biography
A lawyer acting in Business and Third Sector Law, he is a partner in the Marins de Souza Advogados law firm. He has a PhD in State Law by Universidade de São Paulo (USP), with a visiting PhD program at the Università Degli Studi di Siena in Italy. He has a Master’s degree in Economic and Social Law by the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná (PUC-PR) and is a professor in the undergraduate and graduate courses in the areas of Tax Law, Constitutional Law, Management Law, and Third Sector and Social Responsibility Law. He is chairman of the Third Sector Law Committee at OAB/PR (2011-present), a member of the Law and Religious Freedom Committee at OAB/PR (2010-present), a member of the Tax and Finances Academic Board at the Associação Comercial do Paraná - ACP (2012-present), and vice-president of the Centro de Ação Voluntária de Curitiba (2011-present).
