Biography
Mr. Luciano Nitrini Guidolin has been the Chief Executive Officer of Odebrecht S.A. since May 12, 2017 and serves as its Member of Executive Board. Mr. Guidolin served as Head of the Polyolefins, Vinyls, Renewables and Europe Unit at Braskem S.A. until January 11, 2017 and served as its the Vice President Executive Officer of Polyolefins, Project COMPERJ and Renewable Chemicals. Mr. Guidolin served as Senior Officer of Finance at Odebrecht S.A. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of ETH Bionergia S.A., a company of the Odebrecht Group, from 2007 to 2010 and served as commercial director of Braskem's Vin licus unit from 2006 to 2007 and as director of the international markets office of Braskem's Polyolefins Unit from 2004 to 2006. He served as a Director of Braskem S.A. since January 31, 2011. Mr. Guidolin has a bachelor's degree in production engineering from the Universidade de S o Paulo, or USP and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
