 Procurement Director with 25 years covering all supply chain areas from sourcing to delivery to the final Client, developed in different countries and working for the two biggest south-american construction companies.  I have a long experience in multiple large-scale projects in a global environment. I developed strong management capabilities with continues proactive and innovative mindset. Proven ability in strategy development and execution, restructuring organizations and business processes.  Leading of international teams by clearly communicate our objectives and the strategy to evaluate them using key performance indicators managing it with intercultural sensitivity and strong team building culture. Self-confident and thorough knowledge of Engineering and Construction activities along the project business.  I always enjoy on putting my passions and skills to find and solve new challenges and permanently look for improvements in our day-to-day work.
