Biography
Mr. Marcos Duarte dos Santos serves as a Member of Fiscal Council at Brasil Telecom Participacoes S/A. Mr. Santos has served as a member of the fiscal council of Telemar since April 2007. Mr. Santos served as a Vice President in Rio de Janeiro for Bankers Trust Company from 1994 to 1996 and a Vice President in New York from 1996 to 1997. He served as a Vice President and Fixed Income Trader at CSFB- Garantia from 1997 to 1998. He has been an Independent Director of Oi S.A. since August 12, 2016. He serves as a Member of Statutory Audit Committee at Telemar Norte Leste SA.
