Biography
Nicky Dingemans assumed the role of Chief Human Capital Officer of Oliver Wyman Group in 2012. Nicky is responsible for all aspects of human capital management, including talent acquisition, management and executive development, employee relations, compensation plan, employee benefits, diversity and inclusion, employee mobility, organization planning and effectiveness, staffing, legal and regulatory compliance, and the effectiveness of the company's succession planning. She is a member of Oliver Wyman Group's Management Committee and the Oliver Wyman Executive Committee. She also sits on the Marsh & McLennan Companies global HR Executive Team.
