Biography
Paula McGlarry oversees all legal matters for Oliver Wyman Group. She joined the legal department of Marsh & McLennan Companies in 2003, serving as the second lawyer supporting the Oliver Wyman Group businesses. She was appointed Deputy General Counsel in 2010 and General Counsel in 2012. Paula also served as Oliver Wyman Group’s Chief Risk & Compliance Officer in 2011. During her time at Oliver Wyman, Paula has advised the firm’s senior leaders on a wide range of business matters, including a number of firm acquisitions, strategic hires, and geographic expansion, in support of Oliver Wyman’s growth strategy.
