Biography
Simon Harris is Oliver Wyman’s Chief Strategy Officer. In this role, he focuses on enhancing the firm’s proposition to clients and talent, including strategic opportunities and acquisitions to build out new geographies and capabilities. This work leverages his prior leadership roles in combining Mercer Management Consulting, Mercer Oliver Wyman, and Mercer Delta in their rebranding and unification as Oliver Wyman. Simon has spearheaded many strategic initiatives, including the launch and expansion of key sectors (Health & Life Sciences via the acquisition of Chapterhouse, Energy via the acquisition of Corven) and entry and expansion in markets across the Americas, Europe, Middle East and Africa, and Asia-Pacific.Before joining Oliver Wyman in 1992, Simon worked at LEK Consulting and Racal Electronics. Simon has a First Class Masters degree in Engineering from Cambridge University. Simon is a keen sailor and has completed several offshore races, including the 2011 and 2013 Fastnet races.
