    Executive with a successful career built on jobs at brazilian and international companies – Oncoprod - Distribuidora de Produtos Hospitalares e Oncologicos,Tegma Gestão Logística S/A, Würth do Brasil, Santos Brasil S/A, where has occupied executive positions such as IT and Business Process Executive Manager, IT Division Manager, Consultancy Services in Logistics and Application Systems Projects. Experience: Würth do Brasil, IT Division Manager, high volume auto parts distributor, covering the Brazilian territory and other South America countries – Tegma Gestão Logística S/A, after a merge of four transportation companies, three Brazilian and one American, I was responsible for a complete business process mapping project with focus on service performance improvement, costs reduction, ERP implementation and the core business application system development. Manager of: application development and support teams, hardware and software suppliers, contracts, and internal policies. Responsible for IT’s tight alignment with company’s strategies and targets. Strong cooperation with car assemblers in projects of moving and stocking new produced vehicles. Operations Manager: responsible for personnel, facilities, and transportation services at head office and 30 branches. – Santos Brasil S/A, responsible for the logistics and application system project and its implementation at TEV (Vehicle Export Terminal). The total investment was about R$40 million. International experience: Germany, Portugal and Spain, to obtain know-how about stocking and controlling methods for high volume sales; to acquire knowledge about costing methodologies of special manufactured machines for specific use; implementation of auto parts production application systems – USA, visited Manheim’s Atlanta Auto Auction to comprehend the business model and implement it adapted to Brazilian rules and market’s reality.
