Biography
Mr. Pedro Falcao serves as Network and System Technology Officer at OI S.A. He has been at Oi since 2013. Prior to holding this position, he was Network Engineering Officer at Portugal Telecom. He has 30 years of experience in the telecommunications market and was responsible for the engineering project in several large-sized multinationals, such as Portugal Telecom, GTS/Ebone and KPNQwest.
