Biography

Mr. C. Geoffrey Hampson, also known as Geoff, serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Environmental Resource Materials, LLC. Mr. Hampson has been the Chief Executive Officer and Corporate Secretary of Para Resources Inc. (Alternative name: Kensington Court Ventures Inc.) since April 30, 2012. He has been the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Owner of Techvibes Media Inc. since March 2007. He served as the President of Para Resources Inc. since April 30, 2012 until September 01, 2016. Mr. Hampson has been President of Hampson Equities Ltd. since 1983. He has been the Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of many successful start-up and operating companies. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Corelink Data Centers, LLC from November 2008 to October 2010. He has a 34 years career as a Senior Executive and Entrepreneur in a variety of different businesses. He has completed transactions in the industrial manufacturing, real estate, internet infrastructure, mining and oil & gas sectors where he has been able to build strong teams to lead businesses into sector leading positions. He served as Executive Chairman of LivingVentures, Inc. from February 2013 to January 2, 2015 and its Corporate Secretary until January 02, 2015. He served as the President of Fibrox Technology Limited (Fibrox Technology LP) since July 1993 and served as its Chief Executive Officer since February 1994. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Peer 1 Network Enterprises, Inc. until December 15, 2005. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Live Current Media Inc. from June 1, 2007 to October 14, 2010 and its Principal Accounting Officer from January 31, 2008 to Oct 14, 2010 and also served as its Principal Financial Officer until October 14, 2010. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Peer 1 Network, Ltd. from September 2000 to January 2006. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Peer1.net from September 2000 to December 2005. He serves as the Chairman and Director of Fibrox Technology Limited. He serves as the Chairman of Infracon Energy Services, Inc. and LV Senior Housing LLC. He has been the Chairman of Para Resources Inc. (Kensington Court Ventures Inc.) since April 22, 2013. He served as the Chairman of the Board of Live Current Media Inc. since June 1, 2007. Mr. Hampson served as the Chairman of Pacific Rodera Energy Inc. from May 2002 to January 8, 2007. He served as the Chairman of PRD Energy Inc. until January 8, 2007 and as its Director from May 15, 2000 to August 4, 2010. He has been Member of Advisory Board at Africa Hydrocarbons Inc. since November 30, 2017. He serves as a Director of Environmental Resource Materials, LLC. He has been a Director of Para Resources Inc. (Kensington Court Ventures Inc.) since April 30, 2012, Corelink Data Centers, LLC since November 2008, Techvibes Media Inc. since March 2007 and Carat Exploration Inc. since January 2006.
