James P. Taylor

Biography

Mr. James P. Taylor, also known as Jim, has been the Chief Financial Officer at Para Resources Inc. (Kensington Court Ventures Inc.) since May 02, 2013. Mr. Taylor has been Chief Financial Officer for Cyber Development Group International, LLC since October 2010. Mr. Taylor served as Chief Financial Officer of Corelink Data Centers, LLC since April 2008. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Fibrox Technology, Ltd. Mr. Taylor served as Chief Financial Officer and held senior management positions in a number of companies both private and public. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Lakewood Engineering and Manufacturing Company in Chicago from April 2007 to December 2007. Mr. Taylor has been engaged as a financing and management consultant for various companies since January 2006. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Peer 1 Network Enterprises Inc. from 2001 to March 31, 2006 and served as its Secretary. He was responsible for the IPO and several subsequent equity and debt financings. Mr. Taylor was responsible for due diligence, financing and integration. He has over 20 years of experience in corporate management, finance and planning. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Senior Management teams of a number of start-up and operating companies over 25 years. Mr. Taylor served as Chief Financial Officer and General Manager of Novocon International Inc. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Becton Dickinson and Company, CIS Division. From 2001 to 2002, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Chicago Aerosol, LLC. He served as a Director of Para Resources Inc. from October 21, 2013 to June 20, 2016. Mr. Taylor served as a Director of Live Current Media Inc. since July 23, 2007. He is a Member of the Society of Competitive Intelligence. He is a Certified Public Accountant and has completed several courses in Competitive Intelligence, Activity Based Costing, Process Reengineering, ISO 9000, MRP II and Stakeholder Satisfaction. Mr. Taylor graduated from Indiana University, Bloomington, in 1979 with a BS in Finance and Accounting and has an MBA in International Business and Corporate Finance from DePaul University, Chicago IL in 1991.
