Biography
Mr. Marco Ambrogio Crespi Bonomi serves as Director at Porto Seguro S.A. Previously, he was Vice Chairman of the Board at the firm. He has been Executive Vice-Presudent of Banco Itau SA and an Executive Officer with UNIBANCO - Uniao de Bancos Brasileiros SA since November 2008, and Vice-President of ACREFI (National Association of Credit, Financing and Investment Institutions) since April 2004. He graduated in Economics from Fundacao Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP) in 1978 and completed specialization courses in Executive Finance at the Fundacao Getulio Vargas - FGV (1982) and Capital Markets at New York University (1984).
