Biography

Elodie Pastural is currently working as a Vaccine Development Project manager in PREVENT PanProvincial Vaccine Enterprise Inc.  She is responsible for the development of two vaccine candidates, a novel adjuvant and a vaccine against Group A Streptococcus, from manufacturing development to the completion of Phase 1 clinical trials, which includes: • Clinical Trial Application preparation and submission; CTA-Amendment submission • Organization of, and participation in, BGTD pre-CTA meetings • Planning and management of preclinical studies and analytical characterization • Audit of Contract Manufacturing Organizations and Contract Research Organizations • Planning and management of clinical trial agreements, monitoring, safety review committee, etc. • Participation to Health Canada Inspectorate’s inspections as sponsor • As part of a small virtual organization, direct participation to corporate strategy planning as well as to very technical activities such as writing clinical protocols or establishing specifications.
