Biography

Mr. Antonio dos Santos Maciel Neto has been the Chief Executive Officer of Quattor Petroquimica SA since 2006 and serves as its Investor Relations Executive Officer. Mr. Neto served as the Chief Executive Officer of Suzano Papel e Celulose, S.A. since May 2006. He served as IR Executive Officer of Suzano Papel e Celulose S.A. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Cecrisa and President of the Itamarati Group. He served as Managing Officer of Quattor Petroquimica SA since 2006. He served as President of Ford South America at Ford Motor Company from October 2003 to May 3, 2006 and its Vice President from October 1, 2004 to May 3, 2006. He served as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Officer of Braskem Petroquímica S.A. since 2006 and also served as its IR Executive Officer. Mr. Neto joined Ford Motor Company in 1999 and served as President of Ford Brazil. Prior to Ford Motor Company, he served as President of Ferronorte Participações S.A. and Cecrisa Revestimentos Cerâmicos S.A. He served as Deputy State Secretary of the Brazilian Industry and Trade Ministry.He began his professional career at Petrobrás in 1980, where he worked for 10 years. Since 2006, he served as the Chairman of Suzano Papel e Celulose. He served as a Corporate Vice Chairman of Ford from 1999 to 2006. He served as the Chairman of the Grupo Itamarati, from 1997 to 1999 and of CECRISA - Revestimentos Cerâmicos, from 1993 to 1997. He serves as a Member of Executive Board at Suzano Energia Renovavel Ltda. Mr. Neto has been a Director of Archer-Daniels-Midland Co. since February 7, 2006. He has been an Independent Director at Marfrig Global Foods S.A. (Alternate Name : Marfrig Alimentos SA) since May 2007. He served as an Independent Director of Archer-Daniels-Midland Company since February 7, 2006 until May 04, 2017. He served as a Director at Suzano Trading Limited. He served on the Board of Directors of Gradiente Eletrônica S.A. Between 1990 and 1993, he held various positions in the federal government of Brazil, such as: adjunct executive officer of the Industry and Commerce Department and National Adjunct Secretary of Economics in the Ministry of the Economy; vice-minister in the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism. He was the technical coordinator of the Brazilian Quality and Productivity Program (Programa Brasileiro de Qualidade e Produtividade), or PBQP. Mr. Neto holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and has also completed specialized studies in Petroleum Industry Equipment at UFRJ-Petrobras.
