Biography
Mr. José Paim de Andrade Junior founded MaxCap Real Estate Investment Advisors in 2003 and serves as its Partner. Mr. de Andrade Junior served as the President at Prudential-Icatu from end of 2001 to end of 2002. He serves as the Chairman of Rossi Residencial S.A. In 1980, He founded Rossi Residencial S.A. in partnership with the Rossi family and served as its Chief Executive Officer until July 2000. He was named as one of the best administrative officers in 1994 by Exame magazine and elected Leader in the Civil Construction sector in 1995 and 1997, by readers of the Gazeta Mercantil newspaper. He has participated in a number of professional education programs, including The Harvard YPO President’s Seminar in 2000 and 2001. He holds an M.B.A. (CEAG) in Business Administration and Specialization in Foreign Trade from FGV University. Mr. de Andrade Junior graduated in Civil Engineering from Mackenzie University in 1975.
