Biography

She holds a Nursing and Obstetrics degree from the Nursing School of Ribeirão Preto-USP, WHO Collaborating Center for Nursing Research Development (1997). PhD in Sciences by the Fundamental Nursing Program (Concept 7 - CAPES) by the Nursing School of Ribeirão Preto USP (2011). Specialist in Hospital Epidemiology, UNIFESP; Health education by the Israeli Institute of Education Albert Einstein; Corporate education, knowledge management and organizational learning by FIA Faculty of Business Administration. In 2014, she was a trainee at the Pan-American Health Organization in Washington, DC, USA. I was involved in the development of projects in the Department of Health Systems and Services / Human Resources for Health. Has experience in the area of ​​Nursing, Prevention and Control of Hospital Infection, Corporate Education, Higher Education Education (undergraduate and graduate) and Joint Commission International Accreditation systems. It works mainly in the following subjects: corporate education, health education with emphasis on realistic simulation and EaD, strategies of health training, prevention and control of infections associated with health care.
