Biography
He holds a medical degree from the Faculty of Medical Sciences of Santa Casa de São Paulo (1978) and a PhD in Medicine from the School of Medical Sciences of Santa Casa (1996). President of the Brazilian Society of Hip in the management (1998 - 1999), currently Assistant Professor of the Faculty of Medical Sciences of Santa Casa de São Paulo. An orthopedist and traumatologist, a member of the Brazilian Society of Orthopedics and Traumatology, specializing in hip surgeries and knee arthroplasty, he serves as Senior Member of the Hip Group of the Central Hospital of the Santa Casa de Misericórdia Irmandade Hospital, and in the private clinic, in the German Hospital Oswaldo Cruz.
