Biography

He holds a degree in Speech Therapy, having also a degree in Pedagogy from the University of Brasilia (until 1998). He holds a specialization in Educational Audiology from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of São Paulo (FMUSP) and has completed a master's degree in Rehabilitation Sciences: Human Communication also by FMUSP. She currently holds a doctorate in Special Education (emphasis in the area of ​​deafness) by the Faculty of Education of the University of São Paulo (FEUSP). She worked as a research assistant at LIFAE at the University of São Paulo where she also taught as a guest teacher in the discipline of Educational Audiology / Deafness and Language. She is a teacher in the field of specialization in Brazilian Sign Language. She is also a professor of Speech and Hearing Therapy at the Faculty of Medical Sciences of Santa Casa de São Paulo (FCMSCSP) in the discipline of Educational Audiology and supervised internships in Educational Audiology, Family Health Program (PSF) and Basic Health Unit (UBS) . She is the coordinator of the Laboratory of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology at Atypical Sign Language - LEFALS, linked to the elective stage in Deafness, Language and Cognition, of the Speech-Language Pathology course at FCMSCSP. Provides advice and advice in the area of ​​Deafness, Deaf Person and Sign Language. She is a researcher, mainly in the following areas: Speech Therapy, Education, Public Health, Brazilian Sign Language (Pounds), Deafness, Language. She is the coordinator of the Laboratory of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology at Atypical Sign Language - LEFALS, linked to the elective stage in Deafness, Language and Cognition, of the Speech-Language Pathology course at FCMSCSP.
