Biography
Graduated in Physiotherapy from the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas, graduating in 2002. At the end of his undergraduate degree, he specialized in Motor and Motorotherapy Physiotherapy - applied area Orthopedics by the Federal University of São Paulo - Escola Paulista de Medicina and obtaining the title of specialist in 2004. He received his master's degree from the Graduate Program in Morphology, obtaining a Master's degree in Sciences from the Federal University of São Paulo in 2007. In 2011 he received his Doctor of Science degree from the same program of postgraduate studies. During his doctorate, in 2009, he completed an internship abroad at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (UCM) - Spain, by the PhD program in the Country with Internship Internship (PDEE), CAPES. In 2010 he received the Proficiency in the area of ​​Macroscopic Human Anatomy by the Brazilian Society of Anatomy (SBA). In 2013, he completed his postdoctoral studies at the University of California - San Francisco (UCSF), the CNPq Sciences Without Frontiers Program. He has experience as a professor of graduation in the Human Anatomy Discipline for Medicine, Nursing, Physical Education, Speech, Nutrition and Physical Therapy courses and postgraduate courses in several specialization courses, mainly the Albert Einstein Research and Teaching Institute. As a researcher, he studies the development of the temporomandibular joint in human fetuses, at different gestational ages, by molecular and cellular biology methods. Among the methods applied in his studies, we highlight basic histology, immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization.
