Nurse, Master's degree from the University of São Paulo, specialist in Hospital Administration and Nursing Degree, Nursing Graduation from the University of Mogi das Cruzes (1995), professor at the Faculty of Medical Sciences of Santa Casa de São Paulo and Centro Universitário Anhanguera, Graduation in Nursing. Member of the research group of Human Resources and Health of the Faculty of Medical Sciences of the Santa Casa de São Paulo. Author of the book Nursing Techniques (4th edition), chapters I and III of the book Didatico de Enfermagem Theory and Practice.
