Biography
With over 25 years of legal and executive experience, Bruce Goldberg became a part of SMART's executive team in 2009 as Vice President, Chief Legal and Chief Compliance Officer. As head of the legal team at SMART, Bruce is responsible for business as well as legal objectives, including SEC reporting, compliance, litigation and corporate governance. Prior to joining SMART, Bruce had a background as an attorney, an executive, and a board member, bringing a unique combination of business and legal expertise to the position. His previous experience includes a range of advancing positions at All American Semiconductor, Inc., culminating in the role of President and CEO which he held for 10 years. He has also served as Interim General Counsel for VeriFone Holdings. Bruce holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Miami School of Business and a JD from the University of Miami School of Law.
