Marcelo Feriozzi Bacci

Biography

Mr. Marcelo Feriozzi Bacci has been Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relations Director of Suzano Papel e Celulose S.A. since 2014. Mr. Bacci served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Suzano Holding S.A. since December 31, 2013 until December 31, 2015 and served as its Executive Vice-President from 2011 to 2014. Mr. Bacci served as Executive Officer of Promon S.A. and of its subsidiary Promon Tecnologia, S.A. since 2004. Mr. Bacci joined Promon in 2000 as Financial Manager and served as its Head of the Finance and Administration department on the following year. For 10 years he held several positions in the financial market at Banco Nacional, Unibanco and Lehman Brothers. Prior to Suzano, Mr. Bacci served as the Chief Executive Officer of CPMais Serviços de Meio Ambiente S.A., Chief Financial Officer of Louis Dreyfus Commodities Group for Latin America and Chief Financial Officer of Promon S.A. He serves as the Chairman of the Board of Ibema Companhia Brasileira de Papel. Mr. Bacci holds a BA in Public Administration from FGV (Fundação Getúlio Vargas) in 1990 and concluded a Finance extension course from IBMEC in 1996 and also got his MBA degree from Stanford Graduate School of Business in 2000.
