David Feffer

Biography

Mr. David Feffer serves as the President of Suzano Papel e Celulose S.A. Mr. Feffer serves as the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Superintendent Officer and Member of the Executive Officers Board of Suzano Holding S.A. Mr. Feffer serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Premesa S.A. He serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Executive Officers Board at Polpar S.A. Mr. Feffer serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Comercial e Agrícola Paineiras Ltda., Vocal Motors Comércio de Veículos Ltda., and Vocal Comércio de Veículos Ltda.; and Chief Executive Officer of IPLF Holding S.A. He has been with Suzano Bahia Sul Papel e Celulose SA since 1978 and served as its Assistant of Executive Officers, Marketing and Communications Manager and Special Product Manager. He serves as an Officer of Nemonorte Imóveis e Participações Ltd. Mr. Feffer joined Suzano Group in 1974 and has 42 years of experience in the pulp and paper industry. He served as President, Unit Chairman and Corporate Vice President of Suzano Holding S.A. He has been the Chairman of Polpar S.A. since 2015. Mr. Feffer serves as the Chairman of Polipropileno Participacoes S.A. He served as Chairman of Suzano Papel e Celulose SA. He served as Chairman of Quattor Petroquimica SA (now known as Braskem Petroquímica S.A.). Previously, he served as Vice-chairman of Suzano Papel e Celulose SA since April 20, 2005. He serves as a Member of The International Advisory Board at Lafarge S.A. He has been a Members of the International Advisory Board at UNACEM Ecuador S.A. since August 18, 2015. He serves as a Director of Suzano Holding S.A. He has been a Director of Suzano Papel e Celulose S.A. (formerly Suzano Bahia Sul Papel E Celulose SA) since 2001. He served as a Director of Quotaholders of Lazam-MDS Coretora e Administradora de Seguros Ltda. In 1977, Mr. Feffer served as an Assistant of the Office of the Secretary of Culture of the State of São Paulo. He is a member of the following social and cultural organizations: chairman of the board of the Antonietta and Leon Feffer School; member of the deliberative board of the Israelita Albert Einstein Hospital; member of the board of the Brazilian Foundation for Sustainable Development; vice-chairman of the board and president of the superior council of Ecofuturo Institute – Future for Sustainable Development (Instituto Ecofuturo – Futuro para o Desenvolvimento Sustentável); and chairman of the board of trustees and vice-chairman of the executive board of the Arymax Foundation (Fundação Arymax). Mr. Feffer attended courses in business at Columbia University, the Aspen Institute and IMD (Switzerland). Mr. Feffer graduated from the Law School of Mackenzie University and from the Business Administration School of Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
