Germán Efromovich

Biography

Mr. Germán Efromovich is the Founder, Chairman and President of Synergy Group Corp. Mr. Efromovich is the Co-founder of Efromovich/Silva Capital Partners. He is the Head of the Synergy Group of Companies. In 1976, he began his career in the SGS Group. Since 1977 he has developed range of businesses centered around the oil market in Brazil. He is also employed at Grupo Sinergy. He serves as President and Owner of Oceanair Linhas Aéreas, S.A. He has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Avianca Holdings S.A. since August 2013. He has been Chairman of Aerovías del Continente Americano S.A. Avianca since March 25, 2014. Mr. Efromovich has been an Independent Director of Pacific Stratus International Energy Ltd. since June 16, 2007. He has been an Independent Director of Pacific Exploration & Production Corporation from June 16, 2007 to August 31, 2015. He serves as a Director of Aerovías del Continente Americano S.A. Avianca. He has been a Director at Avianca Holdings S.A. since February 2010. He serves as a Member of the Board of Governors at International Air Transport Association (IATA). He serves as a Director of Avianca, S.A., Colombia’s national airline and OceanAir. He served as a Director of PF One. Mr. Efromovich is a Mechanical Engineering Graduate from the University of Brazil, FEI, Sao Paulo.
