Mr. Manoel Horacio Francisco da Silva has been the President of Banco Fator since 2002. Mr. da Silva serves as Corporate Chief Executive Officer of Sharp S.A. Equipamentos Eletronicos. He serves as the President of Ficap. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Ficap and Sharp Equipamentos Eletrônicos. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Telemar and managed the pulp and paper area of Cia Vale do Rio Doce. He was employed by Ericsson Group of Brazil for 23 years and served as the Chief Executive Officer in several companies of it. He served as the Superintendent Officer of Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional, responsible for the restructuring of Cia Vale do Rio Doce. He served as the Chairman of TIM Participacoes SA from March 24, 2010 to April 11, 2013. He has been a Director of TIM Participações S.A. since April 14, 2015. He serves as a Director of Brasil Agrosec Companhia Securitizadora. He served as a Member of Administrative Advice Council of IGB Eletronica S.A. (formerly Gradiente Eletronica SA). He served as a Director of Tele Norte Leste Participacoes S.A. He served as a Director of IdeiasNet, S.A. He served as a Member in several Boards of Directors such as Sadia, Bahia Sul, Ericson Group, Docenave and Telemar.
