Kirill Gennadyevich Seleznev

Biography

Mr. Kirill Gennadyevich Seleznev has been a Director General of OOO Gazprom Mezhregiongaz since March 2003. Mr. Seleznev has been Chief Executive of Public Joint Stock Company Territorial Generating Company No. 1 since January 2017. Mr. Seleznev served as the Head of Department of Marketing, Gas & Liquid Hydrocarbons Processing at Gazprombank (Joint - Stock Company) and served as its Head of the Gas & Liquid Hydrocarbons Marketing and Head of Processing Department. Mr. Seleznev served as a Member of the Management Board of Gazprom Neft since November 2008. He served as Member of the Management Board of OAO RAO UES of Russia. He served as Head of Marketing and Gas & Liquid Carbons Refining Department at Joint Stock Company Gazprom Neft since 2002. He served as a Member of the Management Board of Russian Power and Electrification Open Joint-Stock Company UES of Russia (alternate name: Unified Energy System of Russia). From 2000 to 2001, he served as the Head of Tax Group of the Baltic Pipeline System and also at BPS's subsidiary, Verkhnevolzhskiye Main Pipeline. In 2001, he joined Gazprom as Deputy Head of Administration at the Executive Board and an Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. He has been the Chairman of JSC Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat since July 16, 2011. He has been Chairman of the Board of Joint Stock Company Territorial Generating Company No.1 since June 27, 2011. Mr. Seleznev has been the Chairman of the Council at JSC Latvijas Gaze since March 20, 2003. He is the Chairman at Open Joint-Stock Company Moscow Integrated Power Company and has been its Director since November 2013. He served as Chairman of the Board of Joint Stock Company Territorial Generating Company since May 2008. He has been Director of Joint Stock Company Territorial Generating Company since May 2008. He has been Director of JSC Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat since may 19, 2006. Mr. Seleznev has been a Director of Salavatnefteorgsintez JSC and Public Joint Stock Company Gazprom Neft since May 19, 2006 and December 2005, respectively. He serves as a Director of Gazprombank (Joint - Stock Company). He serves as a Director General of Mezhregiongaz. He served as the Chairman of the Board of JSC “TGC-1“ since May 2008. Mr. Seleznev has been a Non Executive Director JSC “TGC-1“ since May 2008. Mr. Seleznev served as a Non Executive Director at Lietuvos Dujos AB from April 2007 to June 30, 2014. He served as a Director of JSC Northgas(also known as ZAO Northgas) since September 2005. He served as a Director of OAO RAO UES of Russia from June 28, 2006 to December 2008. He served as a Director of Open Joint-Stock Company INTER RAO UES since 2008. He served as a Director of CJSC SIBUR Holding. He served as a Non-Executive Director of Joint Stock Company NOVATEK (formerly known as OAO Novatek) from May 29, 2007 to April 18, 2014. He served as a Director of Unified Energy System of Russia from June 28, 2006 to December 2009 and Gazenergoprombank since June 2008. He serves as Director of Open Joint Stock Company of Power and Electrification Mosenergo. Mr. Seleznev is a 1997 Graduate in Pulse Devices and Automated Rotary Lines Engineering of the D. F. Ustinov Baltic State Technical University and received a degree in Finance and Credit from Saint Petersburg State University in 2002.
