Biography

Mr. Thilo Mannhardt serves as Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Executive Board of Ultrapar Participacoes SA. He was appointed to these posts on January 1, 2013. He joined the company in April 2011 as a member of our Board of Directors until December 2012. He was a senior partner and director of McKinsey & Co., a global management consulting firm, where he served from 1985 to 2012. He has a Masterss degree in Aeronautical and Aerospace Engineering and in Business Administration from Technische Universität Berlin. In addition, he holds a Ph.D. in Systems Engineering and Aeronautics from Technische Universitaet Berlin.
