Biography
He is Architect, Federal University of Bahia (1980), Civil Engineer from Universidade Católica do Salvador (1986), Specialist in Health Systems Architecture at the University of Brasília (1982), Master of Architecture and Urban Planning from Federal University of Bahia (1991) PhD in Geography from the State University of São Paulo (1997) and postdoctoral degree from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (2009). Currently he is a full professor of the Faculty of Architecture of the Federal University of Bahia.
