Biography
He holds a bachelor's degree in Urban Planning from the State University of Bahia (UNEB) (2006). Master's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning at the Federal University of Bahia (PPG AU UFBA) (2011). PhD from the same institution (2015), with a sandwich period at the Institut d'Urbanisme de Paris - Université Paris-Est Créteil / Val-de-Marne.
