Biography
He holds a degree in Systems Engineering from the Universidad Nacional de San Agustín de Arequipa, Peru (2002) with a foreign diploma revalidated for a degree in Computer Engineering from the Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná, Brazil (2015); degree in Systems Engineering and Computing from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (2005); and PhD in Computer Science from the Federal University of Paraná, Brazil (2014).
