Biography
He holds a post-graduate degree in Urban Planning from UFBA - Federal University of Bahia (1975) and a degree in Architecture from the School of Architecture and Urbanism at UFBA (1972). He is currently a professor at the Faculty of Technology and Sciences (TP).
