Biography
Manoel Gomes de Mendonça Neto holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, op. Electronics from the Federal University of Bahia (1986), Master's Degree in Computer Engineering and Industrial Automation from the State University of Campinas (1990) and PhD in Computer Science from the University of Maryland at College Park (1997). He is a senior fellow of IEEE and ACM, a member of SBC, and ad-hoc consultant for various agencies and research support agencies in the country.

Software Engineering, Software Visualization, Experimental Software Engineering, Mobility and Ubiquity, Data Mining and Analytics, Knowledge Management.
