Biography
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the Federal University of Bahia (1989), a Bachelor's Degree in Statistics from the Federal University of Bahia (1995), a Master's in Statistics from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (2001) and a PhD in Statistics from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (2010) . Adjunct Professor at the Federal University of Bahia, she was head of the Statistics Department between 2013 and 2016. She works in the area of ​​Probability and Statistics, with emphasis on Survival Analysis and Reliability and Sampling, working mainly on the following topics: longitudinal data analysis, inference Bayesian, repairable systems, Weibull model, recurrent events and correlated observations.
