Biography
Regildo Márcio Gonçalves da Silva Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences from the Federal University of Uberlândia (1996), Master's Degree in Genetics and Biochemistry at the Federal University of Uberlândia (1999) and PhD in Genetics and Biochemistry at the Federal University of Uberlândia (2003). Assistant Professor at the Universidade Estadual Paulista, Research Productivity Scholarship at CNPq - Level 2. Member of the Central Research Chamber of UNESP. Professor and adviser of the Graduate Program in Biotechnology of the Institute of Chemistry of Araraquara - UNESP. With experience and publications in the area of ​​Natural Products of vegetal origin, with emphasis on the study of medicinal plants with antioxidant, antiglicante and anti-aging potential. It carries out studies in the area of ​​allelopathic of natural compounds with insecticidal action, algicide and herbicide, also acting in the Ecotoxicology area.
