Biography

Nutritionist (1988), Specialist in Clinical Nutrition from the Catholic University of Santos (1996), MSc in Applied Sciences to Pediatrics from the Federal University of São Paulo (2001) and PhD in Sciences from the Pediatric Program of the Federal University of São Paulo (2006) . He holds the title of Specialist in Clinical Nutrition and Sports Nutrition by the Brazilian Association of Nutrition - ASBRAN (2008). Participated in the Program Postdoctoral Research Abroad in the area of ​​Food Anthropology held at the Observatory of Food (ODELA) of the University of Barcelona with CAPES (2015). She is currently an Associate Professor at the Nutrition Course of the Federal University of São Paulo - UNIFESP / Baixada Santista and is the director of the Professional Master's Program in Teaching Health Sciences and the Interdisciplinary Program in Health Sciences. She collaborates with the Brazilian Paralympic Committee athletics) since 2010. It mainly works in the areas of sports nutrition and food and nutrition education. At the moment, it investigates determinants of the alimentary behavior and the processes involved in the decision making for the realization of food choices, in different groups
