Biography
Fernando Sfair Kinker holds a degree in OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY from the University of São Paulo (1988) and a PhD in Social Sciences from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (2011). He is currently associate professor at the Federal University of São Paulo - Baixada Santista campus, working mainly in the following subjects: mental health, health policies, deinstitutionalization, psychiatric reform and madness.
