Biography
José Antonio Marques Maia de Almeida holds a degree in Medicine from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (1981), a Master's degree in Medicine (Cardiology) from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (1988) and a PhD in Medicine (Cardiology) from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (1996 ). Currently, he is a Doctor and Professor / Advisor of the Post-Graduate Program "Teaching in Health Sciences" (stricto sensu) of the Center for the Development of Higher Education in Health (CEDESS) of the Federal University of São Paulo. He is an effective lecturer in the Medical Course of the Municipal University of São Caetano do Sul (USCS).
Research Interest
It develops teaching, research and extension activities in the area of ​​Education, with emphasis on Curriculum in Higher Education in Health, Development of Professional Competences and Humanization in Higher Education in Health.
