Biography
Leonardo Querobim Yokoyama holds a bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from the State University of Campinas (2001), a Master's Degree in Biological Sciences (Zoology) from the University of São Paulo (2005) and a PhD in Biological Sciences (Zoology) from the University of São Paulo (2010). He holds postdoctoral degrees in Brazil (IO-USP) and abroad (Bangor University) both related to biological oceanography. He is currently an adjunct professor at the Federal University of São Paulo, Instituto do Mar.
Research Interest
He has experience in the field of marine invertebrate zoology and biological oceanography, with an emphasis on the ecology of sandy beaches and ocean acidification.
