Biography

Rita Maria Lino Tarcia is a PhD and Master in Linguistics: Semiotics and General Linguistics from the University of São Paulo (FFLCH / USP); graduated in Pedagogy from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (UPM). She is an Adjunct Professor of the Department of Health Informatics (DIS) of the Federal University of São Paulo (UNIFESP); lecturer at the Open University of Brazil (UAB / UNIFESP) and Pedagogical Coordinator of the Specialization Course on Family Health at the Open University of SUS (UNA-SUS / UNIFESP). She is an accredited lecturer and teacher of the Professional Master's Program in Teaching in Health Sciences of the Center for the Development of Higher Education in Health (CEDESS / UNIFESP), developing research in the lines of Evaluation, Curriculum, Teaching and Training in Health; also works as a teacher and collaborator in the Postgraduate Program in Health Management and Informatics of UNIFESP, linked to the lines of research - ICT in Health, Teaching and in Telessáude. She is also a Pedagogical Coordinator of the Distance Education Pro-Rectory of Cruzeiro do Sul Educacional and Senior Consultant in the areas of e-Learning and Corporate Education. She has 30 years' experience as a teacher in undergraduate and postgraduate courses and the distance from renowned HEIs. She is a lecturer in national and international scientific events in the areas of Education, Technology and Corporate Education, author of several articles and book in the area of ​​Distance Education.
