Biography
Acir Mércio Loredo-Souza holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (1988), a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (1992) and a PhD in Engineering Science Ph.D. from the University of Western Ontario, Canada (1996 ). He is currently Associate Professor II at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.
Research Interest
He has experience in the field of Civil Engineering, with emphasis on Wind Engineering, working mainly in studies related to the action and effects of wind on buildings, people and the environment.
