Biography
Alan Gomes Poppl holds a degree in Veterinary Medicine from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (2004). She has a Residency in Clinical and Small Animal Surgery at the Hospital of Veterinary Clinics of UFRGS (2006). He received a Master's Degree in Physiology with an emphasis in Endocrinology from the Laboratory of Metabolism and Comparative Endocrinology ICBS / UFRGS (2008), and the Doctor of Veterinary Science degree from the PPGCV / UFRGS (2012). UFRGS (2006-2009), Substitute Professor of Veterinary Clinical Biochemistry and Hematology UFRGS (2007), Substitute Professor of Small Animals Clinic UFSM (2010), Assistant Professor of Animal Body, and Veterinary Practices at UniRitter Laureate International Universities (2013-2014), and Guest speaker in the area of ​​Endocrinology of Qualittas Institute of Post-Graduation (lato senso, 2010-2014). He is a Founding Member and Member of the Executive Board of the Brazilian Association of Veterinary Endocrinology (ABEV) and Member of the Society for Comparative Endocrinology (SCE) and Former Deputy Director of HCV / UFRGS. He is currently Adjunct Professor C1 of the Department of Animal Medicine at UFRGS, Guest Professor at the Specialization Course in Feline Medicine at UFRGS, Collaborating Professor of the Graduate Program in Veterinary Sciences at UFRGS, Coordinator of the Endocrinology and Metabolism Service HCV / UFRGS and Coordinator of Professional Residency in Animal and Collective Health.

Has experience in Veterinary Medicine (Clinic and Surgery), with emphasis on Endocrinology and Gastroenterology of Small Animals
