Biography
Alberto Mantovani Abeche holds a medical degree from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (1981), a Master's degree in Medicine: Medical Sciences from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (2002) and a Ph.D. in Medical Sciences from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (2009) ). He is currently an associate professor at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. Substitute Head of the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics in the years 2011 and 2012.
Research Interest
He has experience in Medicine, with emphasis on Maternal and Child Health, working mainly on the following topics: adolescence, teenage pregnancy, contraception, obstetrics and family planning.
