Biography
Andres Ernesto Ferrari Haines Adjunct Professor, Department of Economics and International Relations, Faculty of Economic Sciences, UFRGS. Graduated in the Nucleus of International Studies of UFRJ. He holds a degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics - University of Buenos Aires (1992) and a master's degree in Economic Science from the State University of Campinas (1998). He has been a doctor since 2008 by the Graduate Program in Economics with emphasis on Development Economics at UFRGS. Was he a scholar in the research project? Global Health: a new object of study in collective health? at the ENSP / Oswaldo Cruz Foundation and Prodoc Scholarship at UFF where he was Substitute Professor.
