Biography
He holds a degree in Architecture and Urbanism from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (1980), a post-graduate research school at Oxford Brookes University (1992) and a postdoctoral degree from the University of Sydney (2003). He is currently a professor at the Faculty of Architecture and PROPUR (Postgraduate Program in Urban and Regional Planning), where he was Coordinator (from 2009 to 2013), at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, consultant of the National Council for Scientific Development and Technological, of CAPES, and reviewer of periodicals.
Research Interest
Has experience in the area of ​​Architecture and Urbanism, with emphasis on planning and projects of the urban space and building, acting mainly in the following subjects: analysis and spatial evaluation, environmental perception, urban design, social housing project, urban aesthetics and security.
