Biography
He graduated in Business Administration from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (1985), a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (1993) and a PhD in Business Administration from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (2001). CRA: 7736 / O. He is currently associate professor IV of the Administrative Sciences Department of the School of Administration and of the Postgraduate Program (Esp., MBA, Master and Doctorate) of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. Experience in Administration, with emphasis on Administration of Companies, mainly working on the following topics: Information Technology, IT Impact, IT Investments, Information Quality and Logistics Operations Management. Administrative Activities: Coordinator PPGA / UFRGS 2007/2008. International Cooperation: CAPES / DAAD 2004/2005; CAPES / FIPSE 2004/2008; CAFP-BA 2009/2012, CAPES / FIPSE 2010/2013. Visiting Professor at Mays Business School, Texas A & M (2011-2012). Coordinator of the Administration of Information area of ​​the National Association of Postgraduate in Administration (ADI-ANPAD 2013-2014). Member of Compesq EA / UFRGS (2015-2017).
