Biography
Arno Krenzinger holds a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (1976), a Master's degree in Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (1979), a PhD from the Technical School of Telecommunication Engineering - Universidad Politécnica de Madrid -Doctor at the Center for Environmental and Technological Energy Research, CIEMAT - Spain (1993). He is currently a professor at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.
Research Interest
He has experience in solar energy, both in thermal and photovoltaic applications, working mainly in the following subjects: materials for conversion of solar energy, solar radiation, solar photovoltaic energy, solar energy thermal, components of photovoltaic systems, computational simulation applied to solar energy and instrumentation for solar energy.
