Biography
Beatriz Piva and Mattos Graduated in Medicine from the Federal Medical Sciences Foundation of Porto Alegre in 1978. Master in 1985 and PhD in 1994 in Health Sciences: Cardiology and Cardiovascular Sciences from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). Associate Professor Level IV of the Faculty of Medicine of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. Assistant Physician of the Cardiology Department of the Hospital de Clínicas of Porto Alegre, Area of ​​activity: Cardiology, Cardiomyopathies.
