Biography
She holds a PhD in Plant Biology from the University of California - Davis (2002) and a PhD in Plant and Environmental Sciences from the University of California - Davis (2011). She is an associate professor at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.
Research Interest
She has experience in Plant Physiology and Biotechnology, especially in relation to stresses and characteristics that confer adaptability, working mainly on the following topics: phosphorus deficiency signaling, aluminum tolerance and resistance the leaf rust in oats.
