Biography
He has a degree in Agronomy from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul - UFRGS (1997), a master's degree in Phytotechnology from UFRGS (1998) and a PhD in Agronomy from the Technical University of Munich, Germany (2005). He is Associate Professor of the Department of Plowing Plants of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul and Coordinator of the Post-Graduation Program in Phytotechnology / UFRGS. He also works as an advisor in the Post-Graduation Program in Precision Agriculture of the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM).
Research Interest
He has experience in the field of physiology and management of grain production, working mainly in the following subjects: Precision agriculture, nitrogen fertilization management, ecophysiology and management of crop plants, variable rate nitrogen fertilization, sensors and remote sensing and non-aerial vehicles. (VANTs).
